The Purposeful Builder
I spend most of my life building.
Sometimes it’s buildings. Sometimes businesses. Sometimes ideas. And sometimes, it’s myself.
For years, construction has been the language through which I’ve understood life. Working on projects, supervising sites, managing people, and solving problems under pressure slowly taught me that structures and human beings are not as different as we think.
I’m deeply fascinated by foundations, not just in buildings, but in people — and how small compromises eventually reveal themselves.
Professional Background
I’m the founder of Condit Associates Ltd and Condit Homes Ltd, where we design, build, and manage projects with a strong obsession for precision, quality, and purposeful execution.
But beyond architecture and construction, I’m deeply interested in the quieter questions beneath ambition:
What builds a man internally before success becomes visible?
Why do some people collapse under pressure while others become stronger?
What does purpose actually look like in everyday life?
This space is where those thoughts meet.
Here, I write about construction and leadership, masculinity, faith, discipline, growth, marriage and relationships, business, and the invisible seasons that shape people long before the world recognizes them.
Some posts will come from the construction site. Others will come from silence, observation, failure, conversations, or questions that refuse to leave my mind.
I’m not writing because I have life perfectly figured out. It’s about thinking out loud in public through architecture, business, life, faith, and human development, in the hope that someone else out there is wrestling with the same questions too.

My Mission Statement
I grew up in a poor home with no blueprint, but I am committed to building a purposeful, wealthy, and healthy home.
Though I lacked mentorship as a young man, I will be the mentor I never had, guiding others with wisdom, love, and truth. By God’s grace, my life will be a blueprint for others to follow and this is what I want it to look like.
Faith & Character
By 2043, I am a man known for deep, unwavering faith, integrity, and wisdom. My life is anchored in God’s Word and guided by prayer. My home, business, and relationships all reflect godly principles. I do not just believe, I live what I believe. Acts 1:1b is my motto: Of all that Jesus began both to do and to teach.
I am a pillar in my local church and a father figure in the faith for younger men and women seeking direction, especially in matters of identity, calling, relationships, and purpose.
Marriage & Family
I am joyfully married to a woman of purpose, a true partner, friend, and spiritual companion. Together, we have raised children who love God, understand their unique assignments, and are equipped to lead in their own generations.
Our marriage is a model for others: a blend of love, truth, discipline, and grace. We host regular gatherings in our home where couples and singles come for guidance, restoration, and encouragement.
Purposeful Mentorship & Leadership
I have mentored hundreds of young men across Africa and the diaspora, especially those navigating leadership, manhood, and relationships. I am trusted for my honesty, my ability to listen, and the clarity I bring to complex decisions.
Through writing, speaking, and personal mentorship, I help people confront the lies that hold them back and embrace the truth that sets them free. Lies that stem majorly from a dysfunctional background.
Writing & Influence
I am a respected author, known for deeply reflective and relatable writing that helps people live better whether in faith, family, or relationships. My blog, books, and talks have impacted thousands.
I have a signature voice, honest, warm, spiritual, and practical. My words build, correct, heal, inspire, and realign people's minds with the word of God. Rom 12:2 will easily be people's experience when they come in contact with my writing.

My companies, Condit Associates Ltd. and Condit Homes Ltd. have grown into a values-driven construction and real estate firm that prioritizes quality, community development, and integrity. We not only build structures, we build dreams, just one beam at a time.
My companies build houses that are affordable to the average person. I also invest in and support initiatives that empower the next generation: scholarships, mentorship hubs, and leadership academies across Nigeria and West Africa.
Legacy & Community
I am not just successful, I am significant. My legacy lives in people: families I’ve helped restore, leaders I’ve helped grow, young men I’ve fathered in the spirit.
In my hometown and beyond, I am known not only for what I’ve built but for who I’ve become.
